There is a one more piece.. validating and sign off. BA will distribute and approve the BRD
Project Manager is like a conductor for orcahster music,who is controlling the project.

Product Scope Creep
- There could be multiple things happening but scope is only defined to that specific BRD
- Multiple teams can be writing BRD for same application
- We are limited to our BRD
- If we have 5 enhancements than we have to write 5 brd
- If for existing project, you keep adding requirements, then you are expanding the scope
- Scope creep can happen due to poor business analysis
- or business owner is changing requirement now and then.
How to avoid scope creep
You can clearly specify management that these are out of scope and not documented initially

All documents must be signed off by project sponsor , so to ensure nothing changes in between.
